Frequently Asked Questions
Square’s terms state that it takes no responsibility for any loss or damage to your content. Wintry keeps a separate daily copy of your store that you can restore from.
No. Wintry can only restore data from backups made after you connect your store. For data lost before then, contact Square support.
No. Daily backups only read your store. One tip: pause sync apps before restoring stock counts.
If you can sign in to Square, you can set up Wintry in about 5 minutes.
Wintry is new. The core is in place and working, and we’re still polishing it. Joining early gets you a direct line to the founder.
You can request a full export of your backups at any time by emailing support@wintry.io. If we stop offering the service, we refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
Email support@wintry.io within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund. This applies once per business. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Backups continue until the end of the current billing period, and existing backups are kept for 30 days after that.
